Refund & Return Policy

At BDGZ Streetwear, every item is made to order just for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing or change of mind.

However, we stand behind our products and will make it right if something isn’t as it should be.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at bdgzstreetwear@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item

We will review your claim and, if approved, offer a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Sizing

Please review the sizing chart carefully before placing your order. Since items are made to order, we cannot offer exchanges for incorrect sizing.

Refunds (if applicable)

If your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed by the carrier. If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
